Terms and Conditions

• Please check all details on your confirmation form are correct. Any
errors please contact us STRAIGHT AWAY. Not on the day of your Departure as
we cannot guarantee we will be able to collect you
• We can only advise on a collection time through our experience of the
road conditions, if you wish not to take our advice, we cannot guarantee on
your arrival time at the airport.
• We cannot be held responsible if you are caught up in any untoward
traffic, which could delay you trip.
• Please pay special attention if you are on an OVERNIGHT flight, i.e. from
America, that you have given us your correct DATE and ARRIVAL time, in
England.
• Please make sure that you have given us your ARRIVAL time (at London
Airports or Bournemouth) not your take off time, if travelling the same day.
• For errors that are not corrected on your return details before your
departure date, we cannot guarantee to supply transport for your return
journey.
• Delayed flights:- we shall check all flights, and do our best to supply
transport
• Long delayed flights: - we will do best to supply your transport home
upon your arrival but cannot guarantee this. Please advise us if possible
any updated info via call or text message to 07710 067 592
• Please make sure cheques are paid direct to your driver on the day of
travel,handed along with your confirmation slip on your outward journey.
• Office hours are 09.00-18.00 on 01202 53 62 67 Monday to Sunday
• If you have any problems outside these hours please call 07710 067 592.
This is for Emergencies only
• London Airports:- Your Driver will enter the Terminal 45 minutes after
your plane has landed.
• Bournemouth Airport :- Your Driver will enter the Car Park 10 minutes
after your flight has landed and wait for you either just inside the
Arrivals hall
• If you have hand luggage only, please let us know and we will be able to
adjust the timings for collection.
• Child Seats:- We prefer for you to supply your own and we will look after
them until your return (free of charge). We do have small selection that we
can supply on request.
• If you have to cancel your trip, please let us know as soon as possible.
Journeys cancelled before 48 hours free of charge. Journeys cancelled
with 24 hours will be charged at £25. Less than 12 hours full payment will
be required.
• All our cars are NON SMOKING
• Refunds will be given if within 48 hours of canceled journeys.
• We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
